Dr. Laila Takla and Saba Pasha Habachy established International Legal Consultants Egypt.
1988
ITD is Established
International Trade & Development was established as a sister company, bringing a dedicated focus to trade, development and business support.

A lawyer, parliamentarian, academic and public figure whose work connected institutions, communities and international perspectives.
Public Leadership & Achievement
Dr. Laila Takla co-established International Legal Consultants Egypt in 1977 with Saba Pasha Habachy, before establishing International Trade & Development as its sister company in 1988. She became the first female president of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Egyptian People’s Assembly and undertook pioneering work through the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
